IRONMAN 70.3 Westfriesland is a half triathlon in and around Westfriesland, with start and finish in Hoorn. Participants complete three parts in succession: a 1.9 km swim in open water, a 90 km bike ride over polder roads and dikes, and finally a 21.1 km half marathon running through historic streets and along the Markermeer.
